Linda has nearly 20 years experience in the field of health and fitness and is very active in the field of personal training. Linda has managed the equipment selection and procurement for several facilities and individuals. Her vast experience in resistance training, cardiovascular training concepts, and equipment brings a "cutting edge" perspective of health and fitness to today's market. She has owned and operated her own business, Fit Prescriptions, for over fifteen years. She serves as a fitness trainer and wellness consultant for many clients. She designs their fitness programs at the Bristol YMCA, The Virginian Golf Club, The Martha Washington Inn Spa, and also in their homes. Her training includes treating the whole person, mind, body, and most, importantly, the spirit. She has been married for twenty-nine years to Mike Stollings and is the mother of three daughters; Jessica, Emily, and Allie.

Emily has four years experience as a fitness instructor and teaches a wide range of classes including Cycle, Sculpt, Tummy Tush and Thighs, and Abs. Emily has been personal training for 2 years and her range of clients includes college students, professors, college staff members, teens, and young mothers. She also has experience with special populations such as cardiac patients, diabetics, post surgery rehailitation, and hyptertensive clients. Emily is a fitness enthusiast and incorporates running, resistance training, core training, and flexibility training into her own personal fitness regimen.
